TUTOS is an acronym of "The Ultimate Team Organization Software". It is a web based groupware or ERP/CRM system to manage events/calendars, addresses, teams, projects, tasks, bugs, mailboxes, documents and time spent with these things. It provides web based tools to manage the organizational needs of small groups, teams, departments etc. It is available in 18 various languages. The software is written in PHP 4 and runs on Apache Server. It can be used either with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle or Borland Interbase 5 databases. It has the following features:

A calendar for users and groups.

Address manager for people, companies and departments.

Bug tracking system.

Product/project repository is available with task management; with document management; with installation management; and supports of different roles (manager, developer, customer etc.).

Support of relations to other projects (base product, subproject etc.).

Mailboxes (IMAP/POP).

Time tracking on projects, installations and bugs.


Color themes / layout.

Fine grained permission handling.
